Hi Liz. I enjoy reading and trying your recipes. Thank you for taking the time to share. You have had a Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes in the past. Is it still posted and I can’t find it or is it off your site. If possible could I still get it. It was a winner with my family and friends.

Hi Liz-

I am looking for a recipe that was for a no-bake cookie. It involved marshmallow fluff, graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips. I discovered the recipe through a link from, I believe runner’s world…I’m not positive. I accidently closed the recipe and now I can’t find it again. Can you help?

Hola Liz!

Just want to let you know you have some great recipes. I am also an avid baker and runner and really enjoy experimenting with recipes to come up with my own. Seems like you have every type of cookie I was going to mention you try. The nutella and candy corn cookie recipes look pretty sweet! Did you take any baking classes in school? I am thinking about taking some even though I am an exercise science major. Still, I think your website gives sweet access to a wide variety of recipes I never thought of trying.

9 Liz September 19, 2012 at 6:29 am: Hi Josh, thank you for the note! I’m sure there have got to be cookies out there I haven’t yet attempted! I’ve never taken any baking classes — I’ve thought about it before, but in the end I figure it’s cheaper to just learn it all on my own!
