3-2-1 Brownie Batter Dip

You didn’t really think I’d stop with Funfetti dip, did you?

I’ve had a brownie mix sitting in my baking cabinet for over a month.  Yes, I have a baking cabinet.  Three shelves dedicated to baking supplies.  And it’s only a matter of time before I steal another cabinet for all-things-baking.

Where were we?  Brownie mix in baking cabinet.  I think I’m one of a handful of Americans who has never loved brownies.  I know, I know.  It’s not that I don’t like them, but I can actually say ‘no’ to them, as opposed to cake or ice cream.  Brownie batter, however, is another story.  Yes please, I’ll lick the wooden spoon!

I’m not sure who had more fun with this dip – me or the Trader Joe’s cat cookies…

My money’s on the former. Winking smile

Remember, this is no dip to feel guilty about.  Yogurt makes up 33% of it!  Essentially what we have here is jazzed up yogurt.  Don’t you love my justification efforts?

3-2-1 Brownie Batter Dip

3 tbsp. brownie mix

2 tbsp. plain yogurt

1 tbsp. cool whip (or whipped cream)

Wisk brownie mix and yogurt until smooth.  Fold in cool whip.  Refrigerate until serving.  Serve with pretzels or animal crackers.  Or just swoop your finger in multiple times until the disappears.
